The hot cocoa at the Wellington Botanic Garden was exquisite. It was ever so creamy, with shaved chocolate on top and extra chocolate on the the bottom. The (homemade?) white marshmallows had a hint of peppermint, while the pink had a subtle bubblegum flavor. It was so good that Annie did not spill a drop on her dress! (The saucer was another story…)
